What is a Shewee?

A Shewee is a stand to pee device, which is a funnel that spouts urine away from you to avoid any splash-back, or so that you can direct it into a toilet or a container.

Why use a Shewee?

There are many reasons to use a Shewee. If you’re out in the outdoors, it can allow you to pee without exposing yourself- both anatomically and to things like tics. If you’re at a festival, travelling, or for any other reason coming into contact with grim public toilets you can use a Shewee to avoid sitting down. If you’re in medical recovery or have limited mobility, a Shewee can be used as an assistive tool to make going to the loo less daunting.

What is the difference between a Shewee Extreme and a Shewee Flexi?

The Shewee Extreme and Flexi are our 2 main models of urination devices and are both available in 10 colours.

The Shewee Extreme is a hard plastic funnel, that comes with an attachable extension pipe and a plastic carry case. It’s made from a durable and high quality polyethene, which makes it rugged and easy to clean.

The Shewee Flexi is a similar design to the Shewee Extreme but is slightly larger and made of a softer, flexible polyolefin. The Flexi comes with an extension pipe, and is also available with a carry case.

Is the Shewee made in the UK?

Yes! We’re proud to say that all components and labour used in the Shewee Extreme and Flexi, from manufacturing to dispatch, is from the UK. To find out more about our commitment to local manufacturing, click here.

Can I use a Shewee sitting down/in a wheelchair?

Yes, a Shewee can be used whilst sitting down. To do so you will need to manoeuvre to the edge of your seat, which will allow you to point your Shewee downwards to create the necessary flow. Like always, we recommend practicing your technique in the shower first before using your Shewee out and about.

Peebol FAQ’s

What is a Peebol?

A Peebol is a unisex disposable urination bag, suitable for all ages. It will absorb a litre of urine (or many other liquids) and in under 60 seconds will convert it into a solid odourless gel.

The gel can be composted, flushed down a toilet, or disposed of in regular household waste. The bag and cardboard topper can be recycled.

Why should I use a Peebol?

The advantage of using a Peebol over a bottle or a different kind of container is for the peace of mind. As the urine is converted into an odourless gel, you won’t have to worry about leaks, unsightly bottles or gross smells.

Keep a pack of Peebols in your car’s glove compartment for when you’re caught short in a traffic jam, or on hand when camping to go to the loo without even leaving your tent. Keep one on you to have a discreet pee when no public toilets are available.

Can I re-use a Peebol?

Each Peebol can convert a full bag of liquid into gel, and the bag has a much larger capacity than most people can fill in one pee. If you are re-using a Peebol, we would advise caution to not over fill the bag to ensure it can still seal.

Orders & Payments

When is the order time cut-off?

Our cut-off time for orders is 15:30 UK time from Monday-Thursday, and 12:30 on Fridays. Orders placed after 12:30 on Friday will be dispatched on Monday afternoon.

Can I pay by debit/credit card?

Yes, if you choose the Stripe option during the payment stage you can use any debit/credit card.

Can I order over the phone?

We cannot take card details over the phone for security reasons. If you are having difficulties placing an order on our website, please get in contact with us. It is possible for us to create an invoice that is payable through either debit/credit card or Paypal to be sent to your email address. Orders placed through this method will be dispatched once the invoice has been paid.

Are your prices VAT inclusive?

Yes, the listed prices are VAT inclusive.

Delivery

What do the different postage options mean?

48 Tracked (UK only) – Our standard delivery option, it will typically arrive 2-3 working days after we have dispatched it.

24 Tracked (UK only) – Premium delivery, it will typically arrive 1-2 working days after we have dispatched it.

Next Day (UK only) – Express delivery, it will arrive before 12:30 the next working day after we have dispatched it.

European Standard – International tracked service, it will typically take 10 days from dispatch.

US/Australian – Please allow 14 days for delivery. If we have stock stored locally, we will try to use that to allow for a 3-8 day service instead. Please get in contact with us at [email protected] if you require a faster service.

When will my order arrive?

UK domestic and European orders use tracked services, a tracking number should’ve been sent to your email when the order was dispatched. You can go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item to find status updates.

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please get in contact with us and our team will investigate your order.

My order arrived with missing/incorrect/faulty/damaged items

Please get in contact with us and our team will resolve it for you.

My tracking information says it has arrived, but I can’t find it

For UK shipments, Royal Mail has told us to advise our customers to please take the following steps:

  • Check the tracking information for a proof of delivery photo. The photo may show a hiding spot used.
  • Check with neighbours.
  • Check the tracking information for the map of delivery location, it may have been sent to the wrong address.

If the package still cannot be found, please get in contact with us and we can talk to Royal Mail on your behalf to resolve the issue. If the package has been lost entirely, we will arrange a replacement to be sent out.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you offer returns?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not typically offer returns on Shewee’s when the hygiene seal has been broken. However, if you have received a faulty product please get in contact with us and we will offer an exchange.

If you have not broken the hygiene seal, you can return or exchange the product by either getting in contact with us, or by sending it back to us.

This returns policy is only applicable to purchases made off this website. If you have bought a Shewee from a different online or physical store, please seek their own returns procedures.
