Orders will be posted within 48 hrs (Monday to Friday) and UK orders should reach you within the next 5 working days. Orders from outside the UK will take longer. If you require urgent, signed for, next day delivery (UK orders only) please choose this option when filling in your delivery details.

Postage prices are: UK spend up to £7.50-£1.50, £15-£2.50, £30-£5, £50-£6, £100-£10
Non UK up to £15-£7, £30-£10, £50-£12, £100-£15

*Envelope packaging is at no extra charge and is more likely to fit through your letter box! It uses slightly less packaging so is more environmentally friendly, we just can’t guarantee the packaging won’t get a bit squished in the post!

**Box packaging will guarantee the Shewee box is not squashed in the post. It costs slightly more but is great if you’re buying a pressy and don’t want the box to get damaged.

Due to the nature of Shewee, the Extension Pipe and the X-fronts, I am sure you will understand that we are unable to refund these products due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are happy to refund all other products as long as they are returned to us within 14 days unused in their original packaging.
