Orders will be posted within 48 hrs (Monday to Friday) and will reach you within the next 5 working days in the UK or 7 working days in the rest of the world. We do not post orders at the weekend or on UK public holidays. In the UK, if you require urgent, signed for, next day delivery please choose this option when paying - this will be sent on the on the same day providing it is not a weekend or public holiday.

Due to the nature of Shewee, the Extension Pipe and the X-fronts, I am sure you will understand that we are unable to refund these products due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are happy to refund all other products as long as they are returned to us within 14 days unused in their original packaging.
